Talked with Uwe Theis (baker) 18 Sep. He normally bakes the pretzels at night. He will bake a second batch that day in the afternoon just for us so the pretzels and 'sticks' are fresh for our event. I told him we would pick them up. He said he would stop by the Sophienburg beforehand just to see where we are located. bkw
