Join us as Carolyn Fey Phelan demonstrates how to bake, frost, and decorate beautiful sugar cookies. She will show how to mix and bake a perfect cookie to use as a canvas for smooth royal icing frosting. Then she will give students a hands-on experience of smooth frosting some cookies and then students will have the opportunity to put decorations on several cookies during this class. At the end of the session she will share her recipe for the cookies and the icing. All supplies will be provided.
